CHRIS'S SHINDIG

        Today at 1:00 in the p.m. the Terry & I ventured to Chris Walker's house for his shindig. (It wasn't a party because there weren't 15 people. Thus, it was a shindig.) Anyway, we parked on his weird, curved street and looked around. We noticed we were the only ones there. But just as we realized this, Kathleen Kyllo & Emily Turner arrived. I don't remember the order, but at some point Mara & Elena Evans, Stacy Blang, Greg Dunkelberger, & Alex Zupan showed up. Also, Michelle & Katrina stopped in breifly.
        So, back to the shindig. We began by watching "Dogma." We followed this with "Spaceballs." (We were going to watch "Mallrats" but the VCR wouldn't work.) Afterwards, a bunch of people left, so I departed on a mission to gather people. First, I went to Leah's house. No one was home, so I then went to Jennie Hinrichs's house. She said she would make an appearance (I later discovered that she had, in fact, called Chris and told him she wouldn't be there.) Finally, I went to Matt Pautz's house, but no one was home there, either. So, defeated, I went back to the shindig, which was now just me, Chris, & Greg. (the Terry had left to work from 5 - 8.) However, not long after I arrived for the second time, the Terry returned and we began discussing what we should watch. We could not agree on anything. Over the course of our negotiating, Stacy and Alex both called, saying they would show up later. Also, Greg fixed the VCR. Therefore, we all agreed to watch "Mallrats," during which Alex and Stacy showed up. After the movie, both the Terry & I left for our respective residences. All in all, I must say I had quite a good day.
